You sign in with Google, with Microsoft or with a code we email you.

That is where the sign-in page lives. If another address asks for your De Jouwer account, don’t sign in.

Codes by email
Sign-in codes come from noreply@mail.dejouwer.com and work for 10 minutes. We will never ask you to pass a code on to us.
Questions about your account
My sign-in code doesn’t arrive. What now?
Check your spam or junk folder; the email comes from noreply@mail.dejouwer.com. A code works for 10 minutes. If you ask for a new one, the previous code stops working. Still no luck? Send us a message.
Where is my data kept?
Your account lives on Amazon Web Services servers in Frankfurt, Germany. The privacy statement lists exactly what we store.
Can I have my account deleted?
Yes. Email us at hello@dejouwer.com from the address of your account. We delete the account and let you know when it’s done.
